CONTINUING THE EVOLUTION OF JET ACCESS: DAVID RICHTER NAMED CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT OF MANAGED AIRCRAFT SALES

(Indianapolis, IN) – April 15, 2025 – Jet Access, the only full-service, fully integrated private aviation enterprise with a national reach, is proud to announce the promotion of David Richter to Chief Revenue Officer and President of Managed Aircraft Sales.

Since joining Jet Access a year ago as Executive Vice President of Managed Aircraft Sales, David has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a relationship-first approach that has significantly advanced the company’s managed aircraft program. Under his guidance, Jet Access has achieved measurable fleet growth, increased charter certificate participation, and fostered impactful collaboration across all verticals.

In his new role, David will oversee Brokerage Sales, Managed Aircraft Sales and Opportunities, the Marketing team, and the company’s innovative Wing Share program. He will continue to champion a seamless, value-focused client experience while aligning revenue strategies across the organization. David will collaborate with divisional leaders to unlock new opportunities across the company, including FBOs, Charter, and Maintenance.

With over two decades in the aviation industry, David previously held leadership roles at Wheels Up and Executive Jet Management (EJM), where he successfully added more than 95 aircraft to their fleets. He currently serves as President of the Massachusetts Business Aviation Association and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
